The ordinances underlying the CCAA's regulations at a glance
In order to comply with the articles of the Chicago Convention which is the foundational international guidelines to regulating Civil Aviation, the CCAA has published and implemented the Curaçao Civil Aviation Act (LuchtvaartLandsverordening) P.B. 2001, no. 151, which regulates all civil aviation activities in Curaçao. All legislation in Curaçao is published in Dutch while the underlying regulations are available in English.
