- The Curaçao Civil Aviation Act establishes criminal penalties for any person who knowingly and willfully violates specified provisions of that Act, or any regulation or order issued thereunder.
- If the Authority becomes aware of a possible violation of any criminal provision of the Curaçao Civil Aviation Act that is under the jurisdiction of another Curaçao government agency, the Authority shall immediately report it to the appropriate Curaçao government agency in a manner prescribed by both government agencies.
