Additional Documentation
- A properly completed application Form for License, Rating or Validation Certificate PEL-002;
- In case of renewal, the applicable licence;
- A valid medical certificate;
- A knowledge test report (if applicable);
- A proficiency check results;
- Personal logbooks or other records substantiating the flight experience or training shown on the Application Form;
- An acceptable form of photo identification;
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Test results.
