Foreign Air Operator Authorization (FAOA)
All foreign air operators operating to/from Curaçao need to be authorized by the CCAA, Curaçao Civil Aviation Authority. To obtain the required authorization, applicants must complete the application form and upload all specified supporting documents within the form.
Important Notice:
- All foreign air operator authorization applications must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight.
- Applicants must ensure that all information provided in the form is accurate and complete, and that all uploaded documents are valid at the time of submission. Applications containing incomplete or invalid information may not be processed.

DC-ANSP Information
Although the authorization is complimentary, Air Navigation Service charges will be incurred for both inbound and outbound flights. These charges will be billed by the local Air Navigation Service Provider, the Dutch Caribbean Air Navigation Services Provider (DC-ANSP). IATA member aircraft operators will be automatically billed through the IATA clearing house. Non-IATA member aircraft operators will need to establish an account on the DC-ANSP website.

Immigration Information
All passengers disembarking in Curaçao are required to complete the Immigration Electronic Data Card (ED Card) online at: https://dicardcuracao.com/portal within seven (7) days of arrival. Upon arrival in Curaçao, passengers must present a digital or printed copy of the completed ED Card, which will be emailed to you from the portal.
Passengers who are exempted from completing the ED Card are:
- Residents of Curaçao, St. Maarten, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba;
- Passengers born in Curaçao with the Dutch Passport and living abroad;
- Transit/Transfer passengers who remain in the departure hall after arrival;
- Active flight crew members.
Operating Hours
Effective 01 November 2025, the operating hours of the Curaçao TNCC Airport has been amended. The Curaçao, TNCC airport closes daily at 00:00 LT (04:00 UTC) and re-opens for regular air traffic at 06:00 LT (10:00 UTC).
